The "Internal Revenue Code" is an abomination and an absurdity. It should be consigned to the trash bin of history. Cuts in spending, not increased taxes, are the key to our State and National economic recovery. Tough times call for tough decisions and as an Idaho Senator I will pledge never to raise taxes, and to promote spending cuts necessary to free Idahoans from imprudent and unnecessary taxes.
